The fifth week passed

I've been already five weeks here doing my internship. The work is most of the time routine now, not so many new things any more or at least not every day. My Spanish skills have improved a lot during these weeks. It is so nice to realize I can do many things in Spanish at the front desk except answer the phone (shame on me!).
This week one day was exceptional, I saw how the things are working when the reservation system is down. (Only at school I heard about situations like that.) For clients everything looked normal out but for us, a lot of work when the situation turned to normal again.
