On this week I was working also on Saturday and Sunday which I found a really nice experience. The work itself was the same but the clients were different from the other days of the week and the phone kept quite silent.
My Spanish skills keep on improving all the time. Thanks to my colleagues who require me to serve the clients in Spanish from the very beginning. With my English I never had problems at the hotel, not even on the phone.
